- Service Purpose
Nabú is an artificial intelligence solution developed for companies seeking to automate customer service in an efficient, scalable, and secure manner. The system responds to frequently asked questions and guides the end user based on the information provided by the contracting company.
- Terms of Use and Scope
3.1. Nabú is a support tool, not an official channel for decisions or formal resolutions. Its function is to guide and facilitate communication, without replacing human processes that the company defines as critical.
3.2. The responses generated are limited to the quality and updating of the data entered by the user company.
3.3. The contracting company is responsible for the content provided to the system and for supervising its operation.
- Service Limitations
Nabú does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the responses and may incur errors or imprecise interpretations. Therefore, it is recommended not to base critical decisions exclusively on its use.
- Responsibilities of the Client Company
The user company must:
- Ensure the accuracy and updating of uploaded documents and data.
- Supervise the responses generated and make the necessary adjustments to the system.
- Clearly inform users that they are interacting with an automated system.
- External Content
Nabú may offer links or references to external content. These do not imply endorsement or guarantee of accuracy by the service provider.
- Privacy and Data Protection
The use of Nabú is subject to our Privacy Policy.
7.1. Data Collection We may collect text entries, usage patterns, and other information for the purpose of service improvement.
7.2. Data Protection Nabú is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with current legislation in Costa Rica and will not share information without consent.
- Service Suspension
Nabú reserves the right to suspend the service temporarily or permanently due to maintenance, improvement, or breach by the user company.
- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nabú is not responsible for:
- Errors in the information generated.
- Damages resulting from the use of the service.
- Interruptions or data loss.
The use of the service is at the user’s own risk.
- Modifications
These terms may be modified at any time, with notice to the contracting company through the means established in the service contract.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica and any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Costa Rica.
